Nous Systems LLC ("Nous Systems," "we," "us") runs inoussystems.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, and message you enter. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or marketing pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to communicate about that work. We don't sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Service providers
A few trusted providers handle information on our behalf so the site and our communication work:
- Netlify hosts the site and receives contact form submissions.
- Google Workspace delivers and stores our email, including form notifications.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as they're useful for our conversation or any resulting work, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Email wilson.isaza@inoussystems.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
